My Friendly Neighborhood Guide | Secrets Locations & Puzzle Solutions

This guide covers hidden levels, puzzle solutions, and secret areas in My Friendly Neighborhood. You will find solutions to various puzzles and access methods for concealed locations throughout the game.

Safe Puzzle

You can find the safe combination by watching the "Heist" reel, located in the basement behind a triangular, locked room near the fuse box. The combination is 7 12 4. After inputting the combination, pull the handle to complete the unlocking process.

Orb Puzzle

You will find the Orb answer key on a poster in the Maintenance office, located near the office elevator corridor. The symbols do not require specific rotation for selection. The Novelist shotgun is also located in this Maintenance room for reference.

Hotel Masks Puzzle

You need to collect five masks for this puzzle, including a fifth mask reward from the Set Stage Orb. Transport all masks from the Dice puzzle area, along with the newly added mask, to the second floor of the main building lobby. The answer key is located in the conference room behind the left-sided curtain next to the whiteboard.

The mask assignments are:

• Angry mask: Norman
• Tired Mask/Second Red Mask: Junebug
• Shocked mask: Lenard
• Sad mask: Lillianna
• Happy mask: George

Completing this puzzle opens Room 122.

Mice Cave Access

To access the Mouse cave, press a brick facing the steps that surround the pit in the basement area. Two bricks are present, and one will produce a clunk sound to confirm the entrance is open.

Both bricks are required for access. The entrance to the cave is located in the room with a staircase leading toward the fuse box puzzle area, positioned to the left of the pit entrance.

Inside the cave, you will find a note on the wall alongside other items. No known puzzle or interaction exists for this note at this time.

Golden Gobblette Statues

The Golden Gobblette statues in the Movie Theater and the hallway to the first-floor stash area close their mouths when you throw a bomb at them. The bomb blast only affects the statue itself and not the people around it. We do not know of any other effects.

Room 122 Machine Puzzle

After completing the Orb and Hotel Mask puzzles, you gain access to Room 122's machine puzzle. The machine features A to Z with 0 to 9 on six dials and a lever on the side.

A Morse code message plays in the room that reads .LMAOEVEN.LOL.

Six number sequences appear randomly when you press the red button:

• 1031
• 0221
• 1012
• 0813
• 0718
• 0612

These numbers correspond to dates related to My Friendly Neighborhood's development, specifically the dates of the trailer and announcement. Each date correlates to a specific block or letter found in the development materials.

Free Cam Mode and Exploration

Using Free Cam in the Set Stage area reveals a door that plays a series of development material in a loop when entered.

You retain inventory access and movement ability, but the content remains centered on your vision. A door in this space returns you to the previous area, stopping the looping content.

Cube Room

The Cube Room indicates that 25% of something interesting lies behind two white walls, accessible through Free Cam. This space is found in a floating door near the entrance of Ray's workshop in the basement.

Warning Areas

Doors with E notification for access can soft lock the game, freezing inputs and forcing you to shut down the game. Exercise caution when exploring these areas.

Stage 4 Exploration

Using long arms or Free Cam to access normally inaccessible doors in Stage 4 allows exploration of rooms that may have been scrapped due to level reformatting or left for exploration purposes. Most doors in Stage 4 lead to alternative versions of the dressing room and the Prop Department. The nailed door and pizza door will soft-lock the player, while the entrance doors return you to the normal hallway.

Bathroom Interaction

In the Bathroom tub area, an interactable element exists, but nothing is selectable when accessed.

Arnold's Imagination Penthouse Book

While exploring Arnold's floor in free cam mode, you can find a book featuring various characters. The message content is currently unknown.
