The mission begins in Harlem, paying 1,500 XP and 10 Activity Tokens after Ganke tracks activity that might be connected to the earlier attack on the power station. He leads you to the Harlem F.E.A.S.T. Center, which sits close to your apartment.

Move to the roof and switch back to Miles. You find Gloria outside the center running the soup line, and she explains that people are being kept out of the building. She asks you to check on the crowd nearby.

Enter the park and speak to the first pair setting up a tent to learn what they saw. Move across the space to the pair warming their hands over a can and gather more detail in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Speak to the group, arrange boxes in the middle of the park, and confirm that unknown visitors were watching the center before it shut down.

Investigate the Pipes

Return to the building and change back into your suit. Move to the roof and scan the pipes connected to the water tower. Follow them as they run around the building and stretch north toward the waterfront.

At the edge, find the storm drain and remove the grate to clear it. When the flow fails to return, scan again and follow the next section of pipe moving west along the water and then turning south. The trail leads you to a pump station where a group is tampering with the equipment.

Deal with the guards by removing the brute first, then webbing and disarming the ranged fighters. If you brought mines, place them in their path before they begin to spread out. After the group falls, interact with the pump and discover that the pressure is still down.

Fix the Three Valves

Move toward the first valve behind a trash bin against the wall. Pull the bin out of the way and close the valve. The second valve rests on a low rooftop and includes a pressure meter. When you turn it, the pipe bursts, but you must wait before sealing it in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Watch the red marker slide down toward the middle of the meter. When it reaches the green zone, fire webs to lock it in place. The final valve is guarded by a group carrying melee gear.

Drop in from above and use anything you can throw to weaken them before webbing them against the walls. A car rolls in with more guards, so remove the doors and use them to break the group. Turn the last valve and return the pump to its original position.

Turn on the Pump Machine

When you arrive, more foes have gathered, including snipers on the rooftops facing the pump. Zip to the first sniper on the left, distract the pair below, and use camo to remove them one at a time in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Continue along the rooftops to reach the final sniper. With the lookout team gone, proceed with the ground patrol and clear there. When the site is secured, restore the pump and return to Gloria. After you update her on the situation, the mission ends.
