The Last Caretaker Guide | How to Complete From Darkness Quest

This guide explains how to progress through the quest From Darkness Light, which functions as the first task you receive in The Last Caretaker.

Locating Required Components

At the start of the quest From Darkness Light, you need to take the Battery and link it to a nearby Power Port. Before you can do this, you must get a Cable. The Cable is kept in the side room next to the starting area. 

You open the door by pulling it with your cursor until there is enough space to enter. Inside the room, you collect the Power Cables along with anything else you choose to pick up in The Last Caretaker.

Connecting the Battery

After leaving the room, you attach one end of the Cable to one of the available Ports by pressing your interaction key. Once it is linked, you extend the Cable across the room to the Port beside the Battery and connect it there as well.

Restoring Power

When both ends of the Cable are secured, you activate the nearby Power Switch. This completes the required action for the quest From Darkness Light in The Last Caretaker.
