Tomb Raider Multiplayer Guide | How to Earn All Ranked Achievements
A guide for earning all ranked achievements.

It's time to set out on the quest to complete every multiplayer achievement in Tomb Raider (2013). Keep in mind that the game's single-player accomplishments are not ranked, so your ranked progress will only be focused on the multiplayer mode.
Achieving full completion requires a mix of strategically ranked wins, a significant time investment in grinding, and clearing various combat-related milestones. Given the game's age, you will likely need to organize a group or "boost" with other players, as few players are playing ranked matches.
The Core Ranked Milestone
The most critical challenge is securing the I'm All That! Achievement, which requires you to earn a victory in a ranked match for all four multiplayer game modes. You must actively participate in and win a ranked session, public or private, for each of the four distinct modes. The required modes are Rescue, where your team must win the match by retrieving medical supplies or preventing their delivery; Team Deathmatch, where your team must have the most kills;
Cry for Help, which is won by activating radio transmitters or successfully stealing batteries; and Free for All (FFA), where you must finish as the top player on the scoreboard, as a tied score for first place will not count as a victory.

Because finding enough random players for a ranked match is difficult, you should organise a session through online community forums to find a group of three to seven other players to ensure a game can start and to coordinate wins for everyone. A strategy often employed, particularly for the difficult Free-for-All win, is the forfeit trick.
If your opponents quit the match while you are ahead, the game may award you an instant victory by forfeit. For FFA, one player can secure a couple of quick kills, then have all others immediately quit the match, causing the remaining top player to be granted an instant victory.
The Major Grind Milestones
Two specific achievements require a substantial time commitment due to the extensive experience and currency required. Genuine Commitment requires you to reach Multiplayer level 60, totalling 1,771,100 XP. The fastest known method involves the Solo/Co-op Grind Method in a Private Rescue Match on a compact map such as Beach or Underground.
Set the match options to 20 medkits and a 20-minute timer. In the first round, playing as the Survivor, you should maximize your gains by frequently dropping and picking up the Medkit during the delivery run to earn the Long Carry bonus (500 XP) combined with the Medkit Recovered bonus (750 XP).
After delivering all twenty Medkits, you should quit to the main multiplayer menu during Round 2 (when you switch to the Solarii) to repeat the efficient Survivor round.
The second primary grind, Shopaholic, requires you to accumulate roughly 208,500 Salvage to purchase every available upgrade and character in the multiplayer store. You should continue to use the Solo Grind Method described above, as the brief Solarii round allows you to efficiently collect Salvage from the loot boxes scattered around the map.
To maximize this currency gain, prioritize purchasing the Advanced Looting skill for your Solarii loadout early on. You must buy all characters, including Lara Croft, and every available upgrade for weapons, gear, and abilities. Note that you are not required to acquire the Solarii General character unlocked through prestiging.

Other Multiplayer Milestones
Most of the remaining multiplayer achievements can be earned in a private match with at least one other boosting partner, which makes them easier to achieve than relying on the ranked queue. You can quickly secure Adventurer by simply completing one match in all four multiplayer modes; set up private matches with minimum time limits and run around to avoid being kicked for inactivity.
On My Way Up will unlock naturally once you reach Multiplayer level 10 while grinding for True Commitment, and Narcissistic will unlock upon purchasing any new character, with the cheapest becoming available around level 8. You can easily earn Artilleryman by killing your boosting partner 20 times using a mounted turret on maps like Beach or Underground, and Lights Out by using a melee attack or backstab to kill your partner 10 times.
For Master Blaster, you should kill two boosting partners simultaneously using a single explosive device or by having them stand next to a red explosive barrel.
To earn Down Boy! and Entrapment, simply have your boosting partner use a zip line and shoot them down for the former, or have them run into one of the rope snare traps for the latter. For Escapist, you must survive 10 explosions; you can repeatedly shoot a grenade launcher at the ground near yourself or have a partner shoot you until the achievement pops.
Good Samaritan requires you to revive a downed teammate in Rescue mode, so a minimum of three players in a Private Match (one enemy, two on your team). To achieve Sole Survivor, play in a team-based mode and ensure all your teammates are killed or incapacitated while you remain the last player alive and uninjured.
Finally, for Monkey Around, you must play as the Solarii Faction; have your boosting partner shoot you until your screen turns red (wounded state), then immediately use the Rope Ascender on a zip-line to escape death, repeating this action 3 times.
