Here’s a guide on how to find Health Upgrades in VALKYRIE ELYSIUM.

You can make your life bar bigger in Valkyrie Elysium by using items called Ambrosias. As an enemy hits you, these things help you take more damage.

You can find them by looking in specific spots during the main story. You can also get them by finishing tasks for people in the world.

Finding Ambrosias in the Story

You will find one in Chapter 1 in the Uptown area near where you meet Armand. In Chapter 2, look for one just before you find Eygon.

There is one in Chapter 3, a few checkpoints after you fight the Naglfar. When you get to Chapter 4, look for a key upstairs to open a locked room in the tower in VALKYRIE ELYSIUM.

In Chapter 5, you can see one behind a gate right at the start. After you finish the last plant in Chapter 6, you will get another one. The last story is in Chapter 8. Go west after you hit the first checkpoint.

Getting Ambrosias from Tasks

Many of these items come from helping people with their problems. You get them as rewards for the following tasks: Mother's Ring, A Dead Man's Warning, An Old Man’s Discerning Eyes, The Unfinished Masterpiecee Years of III Will, Mother Where Art Thou? And An Imprisoned Soul 2.
