Take the elevator to Containment. Those who've seen the demo reels for Control will recognize the area. Kill the Hiss that block your path and keep moving forward. Much of this chapter is simply heading in a linear path.
Once you capture the Control Point, you'll have access to the larger area. Head forward into the Security sector and left, this will take you through the medical wing and bypass the closed gates. Once inside the sector you'll find a control station. Look at the screen then head into the yellow area and pull the lever to get inside the Oceanview Hotel. As before, hit the bell and wait into each room. In the third room, interact with the painting, hit the bell again, and grab the key in the second room.
Now you can enter the Panopticon. Speak to Langston about what's happen and start following the path. You'll encounter lots of Hiss and a side mission involving a Fridge that you can come back to. But can't be completed now. On Floor 4 Section 2 you'll encounter another Altered item and gain a new power. Just kill the Hiss guarding it. Salvador is a bit harder than other Hiss Warped but his attack pattern is the same.
Now you can levitate. Use it to reach the upper levels and get to Dylon. When inside his containment cell, you'll get a call to come back. Dylon is with everyone else.
