Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Got Something On Your Face Achievement Guide

The player is given some opportunity to choose what to say during Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. During an intense interrogation scene with General Barkow, you can trigger a hidden option and get an achievement.

When in the mission Captive, Farah will have to sit on a chair. When the dialogue option appears press the trigger to spit in Barkov's face. This will trigger the achievement and get the General very angry.

This achievement can be found in the mission Embedded. During the final moments of the mission, after blowing up the helicopters, you'll follow Farah into a field of dead bodies. She'll tell you to lay prone and avoid detection. Instead, get up and kill them all. Once they're all dead you'll get the achievement.
