New DLC coming to A Hat in Time?

Gears for Breakfast's A Hat in Time has been a smashing success among critics and fans, and commercially, selling 500,000 copies since its launch. Now the developers are teasing a "special announcement" with a GIF of characters Hat Girl and DJ Grooves showing off some great dance moves.
It's unclear what this is supposed to mean but many are hoping for an expansion or DLC. The platformer has generated a sizable community of followers thanks to its strong gameplay that resembles classic titles such as Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie.
A Hat in Time is now available on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
