Halo: The Master Chief Collection Coming to Xbox Game Pass

Today, Microsoft confirmed that Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be launching on Xbox Game Pass this September 1st.

This will include the entire collection including Halo 3: ODST which was released as part of Microsoft and 343 Industries' apology campaign for the dysfunctional multiplayer the game suffered from. In addition, the 4K update for Xbox One X owners will and HDR support.

When it launched, with the exception of the single-player campaigns, Halo: The Master Chief Collection's multiplayer was unplayable with server issues that prevented any multiplayer option. Eventually, Microsoft and 343 Industries would go on to support the game with changes and patches to fix the issues while providing extra bonuses for those who purchased the game on the year of its launch.
