Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Announced for Mobile Devices

After a series of rumors and speculation Nintendo has finally released the first details regarding the upcoming Animal Crossing for mobile devices called Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.

This version of Animal Crossing will feature campsites instead of towns. Players will earn friendship by interacting with various animals at their campsite, a first in the series. All while making friends and customizing your living space with whatever you choose.

Camper is the unique feature of the game, allowing players to travel around the world to various environments that include the beach, quarry, and woods. Of course, there will be multiplayer and a currency, this is a free-to-play game after all, called Leaf Tickets which aid in gathering bugs, fish and speed up crafting time. 

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is set to release this November for iOS and Android devices.
