Arcadegeddon to Leave Early Access on July 2022

A slew of new content will be available for IllFonic's cooperative multiplayer shooter Arcadegeddon on PlayStation 5 and the Epic Games Store on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Cross-platform play between Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X|S is supported on the same day for new players.

Take on Fun Fun Co., the nefarious megacorporation that has destroyed arcade owner Gilly's game to keep the doors open. Explore many biomes, engage in PvP battles for powerful loot in mid-game, and defeat several terrifying bosses with a new final boss loop and stunning biome debuting at launch this July with up to three friends or face the digital fighting zone alone.

 

To access Surge Gauntlet Abilities, such as fireballs and health drones, recruit 11 local gangs to Gilly's Arcade and fulfill their tasks. To obliterate 8 main opponent categories and variations of each, there are 31 total enemy types, with four bosses heading the pack. As you go through the game's six diverse biomes, you'll be able to unlock new challenges.

To show their appreciation for helping the game through Early Access, all arcade heroes will get the Adopters Bundle when it launches. Appreciation attire and decorating in Gilly's Arcade; five-day maximum increase in experience; currency boost package.

Even though Arcadegeddon is now available digitally, Nighthawk Interactive will continue to produce physical copies for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox One Smart Delivery Series X|S / Xbox One summer. Arcadegeddon's Early Access edition is now available for $19.99 on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 5 for $29.99. PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold subscriptions are also required for multiplayer functionality, while the cloud storage and online play need an Internet connection
