Microsoft Is Bundling PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds With Xbox One X
Microsoft doubling down on PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds' exclusivity
News by Grayshadow on Dec 16, 2017
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has taken the video game world by storm and it's not surprising that Microsoft was to take advantage of the exclusive rights to the game on consoles, offering a free copy with Xbox One X consoles.
The Xbox One X launched last November and despite being a powerful system doesn't have the exclusive library of games to match the PS4 or the Nintendo Switch. However, starting December 17th gamers can pick up an Xbox One X with a free copy of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.
Since its launch through the Microsoft's Game Preview Program over 1 million players has played the game. Considering how well the game sold on Steam's Early Access this isn't surprising.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is now available on PC and Xbox One.
