Panzer Corps 2 is Now Available on Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox One

An Xbox Game Pass PC release date has been set for April 12th for Slitherine's Second World War turn-based strategy game Panzer Corps 2. In addition to Slitherine's recent Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, Panzer Corps 2 will be one of the first sophisticated strategy games for PC users on Game Pass.

 

Following in the footsteps of Panzer General from 1994, Panzer Corps 2 will be launched in March 2020 and will serve as a worthy successor to the hex-based World War II genre pioneer. Panzer Corps 2 is a single-player and multiplayer shooter that runs on the Unreal Engine 4. Over 1,000 different types of units can be used in the game's single-player campaign, including over 60 different types of battles.

Since its release on PC, the Panzer Corps series has sold more than one million copies. Following Panzer Corps 2's release, Slitherine has released five DLCs (Axis Operations 1936, 1939, 1940, 1941, and 1942), and a fifth Pacific DLC is scheduled to appear in early 2022. This future DLC will be accessible on day one for those who purchased the Game Pass edition, but a separate payment is necessary.
