PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds launched through Xbox's Game Preview Program and like its PC counterpart the game has become incredibly popular. On Twitter Brendan Greene, creator of PUBG stated the game has reached 1 million players in just 2 days.
In addition, the developer announced that a 3D Replay and Killcam feature will come to the game on December 20th. Working with Minkonet, a technology company, the 3D Replay will allow players to observe the game they were in before they died.
The Killcam will function similar to other games. Players can view who they were killed by to learn what they did wrong.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is now available for Steam through Early Access and Xbox One through the Game Preview Program. Those who purchase an Xbox One X during the holiday season will get a free copy of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.
