Such as Missy, an old freighter ship that now serves as a military base for the Peacekeepers and home for dozens of people. Similar to Rivet City in Fallout 3.
Gerbaud went on to explain that the player will learn about the world through the environment. Such as characters displaying certain aspects depending on the situation, If you see someone without their hands in Peacekeeper territory it's likely he stole and the result was losing his hands.
