It seems that SEGA is already in 2011. The next year will be eventful for the company and several projects are already underway. After confirming the launch of Dreamcast Collection, Alan Pritchard - Vice President - commented that the publisher has nine titles in development for Nintendo 3DS.

Among the games in development for the new Nintendo is Super Monkey Ball 3DS, which will be released at the same time as the console. In addition, Alan Pritchard also confirmed that 2011 will bring two or three major announcements regarding the Sonic franchise.

The executive acknowledged that the series was worn, but explained that the new strategy is recovering the image of their mascot. Alan Pritchard did not elaborate on what will be, however, it is speculated that its name will be Sonic Anniversary Collection- revisiting all the major titles in the series.
