A guide on how to grind Token in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road.

In Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, you will rely on several shops to acquire equipment and items for your Bond Town. Equipment strengthens your team or can be gifted to potential recruits. As you progress, you may run short on the game's seven token types, especially if you plan to recruit every available character.
Early on, the story and side quests give you a steady supply, but you will need more eventually. There are several safe ways to get more tokens in the game, so you can keep building your team. This guide shows you all the safest ways to get tokens by focusing on training sessions and battles.

There are seven token types: Vitality (Orange), Target (Light Blue), Friendship (Green), Dream (Yellow), Love (Pink), Zeal (Red), and Gratitude (Blue). You can obtain tokens through match drops, training activities, and battles.
Match drops depend on random chance, while training and battles offer consistent results. This guide is divided into sections covering training methods first, followed by battle encounter tables.
Training Token Sources
Vitality (Orange)
To gather Vitality tokens efficiently, head to Seaside Park and repeat the Tire Tower Dash training. You alternate the L1 and R1 buttons as your team drags tires across the shore. Clearing the highest difficulty gives around 8–10 Vitality tokens each run.
Target (Light Blue)
You can collect Target tokens by practicing the Kraken Zigzag Dribble training. Your task is to move past multiple colored krakens that can take the ball if you collide with them.
You must decide when to evade or break through, with no invincibility window after each action, so timing matters. Completing this on its highest difficulty rewards roughly 8–11 Target tokens each time.
Love (Pink)
To gain Love tokens, access the Sasanami vs Raika Dance Battle training through the Special Training Portal near the dance club lockers in Nagumohara Junior High. This rhythm-style session asks you to hit prompts in time. A successful highest-difficulty clear provides about 8–10 Love tokens.

Friendship (Green)
Friendship tokens are the simplest to build up. You always receive some when you win a Friendly Match at your school, and two different training games also reward them. These are the Hecaton Stairway at School Road and the Ramen Eating challenge in Downtown Nagumohara.
Dream (Yellow)
To farm Dream tokens, visit the school’s Baseball Field and repeat two training types: Gatling Kraken Keeper and Gatling Kraken Advantage. Both involve blocking high-speed launches using the D-pad. Each session lasts about one minute and drops a reliable amount of Dream tokens.
Zeal (Red) & Gratitude (Blue)
Zeal and Gratitude are classified by the game as rare, so no standard training session provides them in large quantities. Every training type has a small chance of giving one Zeal token, which is not enough for consistent farming.

Gratitude can be earned through the Kraken Juggling session on Cove Beach, but the highest difficulty produces only about 4–6 tokens, roughly half of the output you get from other training activities.
Since training does not efficiently supply these two, you will need to rely on combat encounters when gathering Zeal and Gratitude.
