The Silenced Cathedral is the next destination for you after they defeat Melchia. The painted walls conundrum, which comes early in The Silenced Citadel, is one of numerous puzzles. Following this, the level will progress to the boss area, where the player must solve four riddles to unlock switches.
How to Solve Silenced Cathedral Stone Pipes Puzzle
You should aim to complete this in one sitting because the only way to get to this portion quickly is from outside the main building. Otherwise, they will have to travel a significant distance in this area. You will meet a large glass wall with a wooden door. Pass through this door and then choose the first door on the left as you follow the wall.
Some residents in this neighborhood will be equipped with knives. You can safely ignore and run past them. Just after you pass the humans, you will notice a large gate. After entering the Spectral Realm through the gate, you'll find yourself in a room full of stone blocks with holes bored through them. You can use these holes to channel a wind gust, propelling yourself to higher regions of the level where you can confront and defeat Zephon.
If you're low on stamina, kill the Sluagh hidden in the puzzle area before phasing back into the Material Plane at the glowing point. Some Zephon spawn will now arrive in the vicinity. After killing them, return to the platform from whence you moved and spend their souls to permanently end the conflict. You may have to continue doing this as you solve the mystery because these enemies will keep arriving.
After you've relocated, position the block pillar adjacent to the platform. You may now use this platform to add blocks to the stack one by one. As a result, the blocks will fall to the ground independently of each other. A number of holes cut into different blocks will be visible. These holes must align with the dents in the walls. The simplest way to solve this puzzle is to climb up to an indent and then find a block that fits. You may have to turn the block you need upside down before it can be accepted.
When the correct block fits into the correct indent, you will hear a clicking sound. After solving this puzzle, you will see a sequence of four glass-encased switches. When one of them cracks, the switch becomes visible. Part one of this puzzle, which has several connections, is now finished. You will have faced a similar difficulty in the Necropolis, but this time, the rooms are spread out.
How To Solve Second-Silenced Cathedral Stone Pipes Puzzles
Proceed westward from the portal that took you to the first puzzle. Keep an eye on the left wall; a large bell will shortly appear in your way. A further door can be found on the left wall; continue traveling west. Although the core ideas are the same as in the last puzzle, this one has a lot more bricks to move.
Some of you may find the higher number of blocks distributed over the ground perplexing. Due to the probable length of time required to resolve this issue, you may encounter an increase in the number of monsters that respawn. We've given a video to save you from the stress of figuring out which blocks go where.
Silenced Citadel Crank and Stone Puzzle
When you accomplish the final puzzle, a new cinematic will appear. Return to the bell you passed and ring it to hear a low chime. Once you've returned to the glass wall, enter via the wooden door. A hole in the wall will be seen on the left, flanked by two fires. Continue down this route until you reach the end, where you can ring the bell to destroy a glass wall with the combined chimes. You will also have the opportunity to locate a massive stone shaped like an animal.
Return to the second puzzle's door, but this time, do not enter. A crank can be found on the northern wall. Make quick work of this crank to enter the Spectral Realm. When you return, you'll notice that the crank has moved the engraved stone closer to the second bell. The stone will reposition itself, requiring you to start anew until you change the Spectral Realm.
Vents Puzzle Solution
Find the two mechanisms you freed from their glass boxes in the previous two riddles by following the trail behind the inscribed stone. Another puzzle awaits you on your adventure, although it is entirely optional and does not unlock the other two mechanisms. However, if you wish to increase your maximum health, you can obtain an artifact by completing this optional issue.
Upon entering the Spectral Realm, you will notice a gate opposite these switches that you can phase through. Follow the left walkway to find yourself in a room with three vents. To remove the glass cover from the third switch, expose the middle and right vents. Return to the gate and follow the alternate path to a different series of vents. To proceed, open the vents in the middle and far right. To generate an updraft, you can now engage all four switches in this manner.
