Hidden Moonstone #1

From the Stargazer, go forward until you reach a ladder. Descend to uncover a Hidden Moonstone behind a cart.

Frozen Man's Letter: Gesture

Before confronting an elite puppet in a top hat on the rooftops, find this note on a white-covered couch. Reading it activates the "Remembrance" gesture.

Item #1: Life Amulet

Lies of P Guide, Gameplay, Item #1: Life Amulet, Screenshot, NoobFeed

Defeat the aforementioned elite puppet to earn this amulet.

Book #1: Venigni's Krat Landmarks Guide II

After climbing a ladder to the rooftop where projectiles are thrown, locate this book atop the structure.

Item #2: Dimensional Butterfly with Hidden Moonstone

Cross the bridge next to the ladder to find a Dimensional Butterfly. Defeating it produces a Hidden Moonstone.

Side Quest #1: Toma's Quest

Descend a ladder opposite the rooftop, then follow the coughing sounds to an illuminated window. Speak with Toma to begin her quest.

Workshop Union Location

Standard Insulation Converter

After conversing with Toma, go right into a little alley to find a chest holding this converter. To find two more Hidden Moonstones, look behind a broken carriage on the left and in a little lane before entering through the next gate at the top of the steps.

Item #1: Workshop Union Culvert

To obtain the Big Pipe Wrench, follow the top path through the mine and unlock a chest after mounting a ladder.

Hidden Moonstone #2

Find this substance on the ground near pickaxe-wielding puppets in the mine.

Item #3 Dark Moon, Moonstone of the Covenant

As you approach the Big Pipe Wrench location, a wooden wall will burst open, revealing the item.

Swordsmanship Master's Amulet

Obtain this amulet by defeating an elite fire puppet within a big red pipe.

Book #1: Technique Crank

Ascend the stairs from the Stargazer and cross the beams until you reach a corner with this crank.

Item #4: Workshop Union Standard Radiation Converter

To gain this converter, defeat an elite fire puppet near a large vat of bubbling green liquid.

Item #5: Flame Grindstone with Legion Plug

These items are available as prizes for defeating the King's Flame Fuoco boss.

Item #6: Broken Butler Puppet

To receive this reminiscence item, interact with the broken butler who is leaning against the wall near the boss room exit.

Weapon: Fire Axe

From the Stargazer, turn right and climb the stairs. This weapon can be found at the end of the hall by opening a chest.

Book #2: Ripped Venigni's Krat Landmark Guide III.

In the hall, away from the burning ball trap, there are two NPCs in the next chamber. Purchase the book from the person wearing the cat mask for 500 Ergo.

Doctor's Confessions: Note

From the cat mask trader, turn right and climb the stairs. Turn right again and continue up the stairs to find the note on the floor.

Item #6: Have You Seen This Bizarre?

Descend from your previous location and enter the door beneath the stairs. Ascend the stairs in that room to locate the newspaper on a desk.

Side Quest #2: Venigni's Quest

After the furnace, turn right and ascend the stairs to reach a room with the Venigni Control Room Stargazer and Venigni himself, which will start his quest.
