In Chapter 5 of Lies of P, you will find a variety of items such as notes, books, weapons, supplies, and more.  This guide will help you find all of the collectibles.

Path of the Pilgrim

Recollection #1: Smiling Bunny Mark

This collectible is found near the tombstones after Gemini speaks. It's an important narrative piece tied to the area.

Hidden Moonstone #1

Found behind an enemy cart after the Stargazer. This is a collectible item that boosts your abilities.

Weapon #1: Acidic Crystal Spear Blade and Handle

Found at the same location as the Hidden Moonstone. This is a weapon you can equip.

Dimensional Butterfly Dark Moon Moonstone #2

Found near a lake after defeating a bear. Defeat the Dimensional Butterfly for the moonstone.

Book #1: Wanted: Black Rabbit Brotherhood Picture

This is a picture, which functions like a book and provides lore about the Black Rabbit Brotherhood. It's on the beam of a building in the village.

Item #1: Slum Shack Key 

Found after defeating an elite enemy. This key opens a shack in the area.

Item #2: Belford Superior Corrosion Resistance Converter

This is a part found by opening the shack using the Slum Shack Key. It's used for crafting or upgrades.

Note #1: Scribble of Slum Resident

Found after exiting the shack, on the stairs. This note gives insight into the local residents' struggles.

Dark Moon Moonstone Item Found on a secret ledge during an elevator ride. This is a powerful item that increases your stats.

Sweepers Branch Office Newspaper Archives Document Book This document can be found after defeating a beast behind the gates. It's a book providing lore about the Sweepers.

Malum District

Item #3: Red & Black Fox NPCs

These NPCs provide interaction and items when you engage with them along the path.

Item #4: Crescent Moonstone

Found on a ledge after encountering a dog. This moonstone improves your abilities.

Arch Break Cartridge Defense Part Item This defense part is inside a building you enter after following the path, offering more protection.

Book #2: Have a Taste of La Bleiweis Picture

A picture that's part of the collectibles is found near the stairs in the area.

Item #5: Motivity Crank

This crank is found after entering a building. It's required for some of the area's mechanics.

Item #6: Dimensional Butterfly Balance Crank

Found near the Dimensional Butterfly and drops the Balance Crank upon defeat.

Weapon #2: Bone-Cutting Saw Blade and Handle

A weapon found during exploration.

Hidden Moonstone #3 

Found in a chest after defeating some elite enemies. It provides significant boosts to your character.

Item #6: Patience Amulet

Dropped by an elite enemy. This item boosts your stats.

Item #7: Quartz

Found in a chest inside a shack. This item can be used in crafting or upgrades.

Item #8: Trinity Key

Obtained by answering a phone in the area. The key opens the doors to the St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel.

Hidden Moonstone #4 

The Hidden Moonstone is located after jumping down to a lower area.

Malum District Town Hall

Book #3: Black Rabbit Brotherhood Ledger

This is a ledger found in the Black Rabbit Brotherhood hideout. It provides detailed lore about the group's activities.

Item #9: Quartz

Located in the Black Rabbit Brotherhood's hideout. This item can be used for upgrades.

Book #4: "This Month's Trend: Stalker Masks" Newspaper

Found in the Brotherhood's hideout, this is a piece of lore about local trends.

Portrait of a Boy: Recollection #2

This recollection is found inside a room and is linked to the narrative.
