Here's a guide on how you can make a damage build with Undertaker in Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows.

This guide explains how to use the Undertaker as a melee unit that deals physical, fire, and holy output through continuous hits, Skill uptime, Relic triggers, and ultimate flow.
Understanding the Undertaker Skill
The Undertaker has stats split between Strength and Faith. The Skill increases movement Speed, Poise, and Physical Negation for a short period. When you activate the Skill, you gain a dash dodge with a longer travel distance than a roll.
The primary function of the Skill comes from how you apply it in combat. Once you activate it, you continue your attack chain uninterrupted unless the incoming hit has high stagger force in Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows.

Because of this, you maintain your flow against enemy swings and complete your full Hammer chain. The animation of the Hammer lets you loop the chain twice inside the Skill duration.
The weapon has a Relic effect tied to the final strike of the chain. With the Skill active, you reach that final strike more often because your chain stays intact even when you absorb contact from enemy hits.
Undertaker Passive and Ultimate Flow
You gain an extra ultimate under specific triggers. In group play, teammates Ultimate gives you one use of your own Ultimate without touching your charge bar. In solo play, dodging a special enemy attack, such as a grab, also grants an extra use.
Every time you activate the ultimate, you gain the benefit from the attack power increase on the ultimate, which stacks each time the effect triggers. Because the passive produces more ultimate activations, you maintain the attack increase through constant refresh.

Relic and Effect Choices
The attack power increase on the ultimate effect gives a strong boost because of your frequent ultimate activations. Each use of the ultimate pushes your output higher for the rest of the fight in Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows.
You also make strong use of partial HP restoration on post-damage attacks. Because the Skill keeps you striking even when you take hits, every hit after taking damage restores HP and lets you stay in range while maintaining your chain.
You can also use taking attacks to improve attack power. This effect appears on Knight of the Demon, Besmirched Frame, and some red Relic options. This effect stays active often because you continue your attack flow even while absorbing hits.
Some Relics roll effects linked to casting an incantation, such as Golden Vow or any buff from a seal. You may use these if you keep a seal in your loadout, though they are not required for the core setup in Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows.

The final blow of the chain attack boost from the Undertaker weapon becomes reliable once you commit to the Skill. By finishing your chain consistently, you gain repeated boosts that carry over to the following sequence of hits.
You can also choose items that make Hammer attacks stronger if you want to stick with them. This Trait doesn't help if you change to a greatsword or another melee class. If you want a wider range of options, effects that boost physical output will work on more weapons
Weapon Flow With the Skill
You begin by activating the Skill and stepping into range. You continue pressing through enemy swings, taking hits when needed, and finishing your chain.
During the sequence, you restore HP, gain attack power from taken hits, gain attack power from the chain finisher, and gain attack power from repeated ultimate activations.
This loop forms the core structure of the build. The more you maintain the loop, the more the Relic effects stack through the fight in Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows.

Expedition Use
You can bring this loadout into events such as the Shifting Earth expedition or encounters with any Night Lord, including the run inside The Great Hollow.
The approach remains the same in each encounter. You activate the Skill, stay close, maintain chains, trigger Relic effects, use ultimates whenever they appear, and carry the attack power boosts through the run.
