On the way to the River Zora's Forest, you will see a cave to the left of the massive rift on your map.

The Bombfish is a basic bomb you can use. Holding L2 will automatically lock on your enemy. Unlike bombs in previous games, this bomb won't harm you, so feel free to pick it up and carry it with you. Use it to kill electric enemies, and it's also a great source to destroy cracked walls, underwater cracked rocks, and destroyable things like wooden boxes.

In the Elden Volcano Region, you will come across a Dark Link fight that ends with the bomb of might; you can only use this bomb as swords, and if you manage to run out of Sword power, you can't use the bombs either.
