In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Automatons are known as robotic creatures created by engineer Dampé. These Automatons are mainly inspired by real monsters found in Hyrule, and to unlock them further, you need to show Dampé certain Echoes.
How to Find Dampé And Get Techtite
Leaving the Hyrule Castle, make your way to the Hyrule Ranch as the next point of interest. Along the way, you will see Dampe arguing with a crow. Dampé key has been taken by the crow, and Dampé is requesting it back. Go past the fourth dungeon and proceed to Hyrule Ranch, where he is located in Hyrule Field.
You will need to defeat the crow who has Dampe's key and return it to Dampe. Visit the location of the Dampe's studio. This is situated at the northeast end of Hyrule, around the Hebra Mountain region. It is near a waypoint, which means that it is easy to reach. Enter the studio, and Dampe can provide you with Twisted Pumpkins because of the automatons. To obtain your first automaton, you have to show him Techtite and Mothula Echoes.
After revealing all these to Dampe, he can make a Techtite Automaton, the first automaton. This automaton can jump, and once it lands, it will bomb monsters in the nearby vicinity. As an extra reward, Dampe also gives you the Clockwork Key that's used to wind the automatons in case they break. If you ever need to, there is an option to come back to Dampe's Studio, where all the automatons get fixed.
How To Get Tuarok
This automaton is reminiscent of an octopus while shooting fireworks. Acquire it by completing two side quests: Explosions Galore and The Fireworks Artist. Next, present Octorok and Fireworks Echoes to the Dampe.
Steps To Complete The Fireworks Artist Quest:
The rift in the Eldin Temple in the northwest part of the map has to be cleared.
Come back to Goron City and talk to Bassa, who is in a room to the right of Darun's room.
You can get the Blast Powder Soil from around the Rock Roast Quarry entrance by checking some golden flowers with a Hotspring to the left of the Quarry.
When you take the soil to Bassa, she will give you fireworks echoes for 50 rupees.
Finding Octorok
He is positioned in the Southern Prairie, close to two small ponds located on the western side.
Head back to Dampe's studio, show him the Fireworks and Octorok Echoes, and he will assist you in creating the Toarok Automaton.
How to Get Gizmol
This automaton requires music and a cotillion in order to smatter groups of monsters. To obtain it, finish the hunt for the Interpretation Artist and display Dampe, a Zol Echo, and a Music Box.
Steps to Detect Zol
First, Zol can be placed down in the southern forest close to the starting area of the game.
Steps to Acquire the Music Box
Finish the side hunt Impa's Bestowal to earn Zelda's mount.

Speak to Dampe, click on I want an automaton, and slide both the Music Box and the Zol Echo.
Dampe will also create the Gizmolt Automaton, which, in addition to spreading out monsters, uses music and cotillion as an add-on.
How To Get High Teku Baba
This automaton devours nearby creatures, as well as their rupees or particulars. Finish the Bottomless Stomach hunt and show the level 2 Deku Baba Echo and sword trap to Dampe.
Deku Baba level 2
It can be found in the Faron Wetland, dangling from a ledge on the left side of the starting region near Stilled Heart Lake.
Obtaining the Steel Trap

Go back to the Scarecrow called Dampe and tell him about the echo and sword Trap, then select I want an automaton so that High-Teku Baba Automaton can be drafted.

The pyre of this automaton smashes the enemies with its own sword. Show Dampe Sword Moblin Echo and the Heirloom Katana.
Chancing Sword Moblin Level 2 This unit is deployed in the Eastern Hyrule Field close to the northeast entrance of the washes of Faron. Do be careful, as they are a powerful enemy.
