Here’s a guide on all the chapter 4 collectibles in The Midnight Walk.

In Chapter 5 of The Midnight Walk, you will reach the end of your journey. This guide helps you find the final 11 items, including the last Story Pages and Gramophone Discs, to finish your collection.
Final Treasures
The very last item, Clay Figurine #17 (Housy The House), is in a hatch to the left of a Bonfire where Potboy talks to another NPC. Just before this, you will walk on a sandy path with boats and three lights in The Midnight Walk.
Stay on that path to find Story Page #15 (Who Took The Sun Away?) on some boxes to your left. Near an NPC in a tent, you can grab Gramophone Disc #16 (Candle Valley) from a hatch on the right.
Earlier, when you meet the NPC at his camp again, look for a pier to the left of the camp to find Clay Figurine #16 (A Craftsman) at the end of The Midnight Walk.
The Hill and the Cliff
After the events with Potboy and Housy, you will have to go down a hill to get an item. At the bottom, Shellphone #23 is sitting in plain sight. In that same area near the cliff, look for a tree trunk with a hatch to find Clay Figurine #15 (The Thief).
Before you even head down that hill, look to the left of Potboy at the edge of the cliff to find Gramophone Disc #15 (Att Skada Himlen Om Nattem) in a hatch in The Midnight Walk.
Lighting the Way
After you pass through the gate that needs many candles lit, walk straight to find a hatch on a trunk for Gramophone Disc #14 (Natten Ar Nog Det Finaste Har) in The Midnight Walk.
Further back, you will talk to the Soothsayer again and turn right. Near some candles you can light, check the hatch on your left for Gramophone Disc #13 (The Midnight Walk).
At the very start of the chapter, Story Page #14 (Who Took The Sun Away?) is on the left side of the road, right after the title appears. The first item, Shellphone #22, is on the right side of the path under a swinging light in The Midnight Walk.
