Telltale's The Walking Dead: The Final Season fate is currently unknown. While the company is taking steps to finish the season it's unlikely it'll release on November 6th as planned. Despite this let's predict what will happen in Telltale's The Walking Dead: The Final Season - Episode 3 Broken Toys since that's all we can do now.
James and Whispers
James played a critical role in not only in A.J. and Clementine's survival but in explaining what Lily and her group intends to do with the kids. We've learned that he was once part of a group called Whispers and they raided a community, something that made James leave. It's unclear if Lily's group is Whispers but considering that Lily's group was seen killing walkers instead of luring them it much likely that James' former group is the one Lily's group is fighting.
Considering they're at war and they're in close proximity it's likely we'll meet James former group and the other side of this war.
Tenn's Death
This seems like an extremely large leap but Tenn is the only one who plays with toys and considering the title it's likely that Telltale is hinting at his death. It could mean that the group will lose all their weapons, hence the name Broken Toys, but seeing that this is the name of the episode this must be something major. Losing weapons is a massive problem but having another member die when staging a rescue operation, especially for the sisters of Tenn, would make for a more impactful episode for them to lose their brother.
Clementine Becomes a Leader
In the achievement section, the final act states "Leader" and seeing that the group has been looking for one since Marlon died it's likely Clementine might set up. Violent took hold of the group after Marlon's death but it's clear that she didn't want it and if she was taken it's questionable that Louis would want to be in charge.
