11-11: Memories Retold has a lot of endings but some are hidden behind specific options. Here's how to unlock the revenge ending.

This ending requires the player to have Kurt hold on to his anger throughout the campaign. In Part 3's chapter called The Plan when Kurt learns of his son's fate have Kurt walk away. When he confronts the translator in The Pursuit have Kurt shake the person and not threaten him.

When you finally meet Barrett have Kurt constant threaten the major and have Harry return to Julia. When Kurt and Barrett confront one another continue to talk and regardless of what answer you choose Kurt will shoot Barrett, resulting in his death.
