Suzerain Releases December 4th
Will Anton Rayne be remembered as a great leader, tyrant, or forgotten to history?

Publisher Fellow Traveller has updated their official blog with news that Torpor Games’ Suzerain will release on December 4th 2020, for PC on both Steam and GOG. This political text-based roleplaying game will allow players to take control of a sovereign country and decide the next four years of its citizens, land, and relations. Players will take the role the newest president of Sordland, Anton Rayne. Set in the mid-1950s, President Rayne has a diverse cabinet of advisors, all with their own agendas and influences. Some advisors will steer players towards domestic economic policy, while others are more concerned with foreign relations and national security. Ultimately, the President had final say on matters.
Though Rayne belongs to the largest political party in Sordland - The United Sordland Party - other major factions occupy the Grand National Assembly (congress). This includes the democratic Freedom and Justice Party, the steadily rising National Front Party, and the worker focused Independent Party. Rayne will need to juggle the wishes of these parties, the people, his family, and himself to create a powerful legacy; or worse, be remembered in infamy.
For those that want a taste of Sordland, there is currently an early demo available for the Steam version.
