Battlefield V Adds Grand Operations, Movable Artillery and Battle Royale

Today, during the EA press conference it was confirmed that Battlefield V will include battle royale and a new mode called Ground Operations. While EA wasn't willing to part with a lot of information they did tease that more was coming during the Xbox press conference.

This could mean that EA may enter an exclusive contract with Battlefield V similar to Activision's deal with Sony by providing early access to Call of Duty DLC.

EA did show off a new snow map, battle royale, and that Battlefield V will not have loot boxes or a premium pass. In addition, artillery cannons will now be moveable using tanks as opposed to other games where they were locked in one area.

Battlefield V launches on October 19th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
