Devil May Cry 5 Ships 2 Million Units Within Two Weeks, Franchise Reaches 19 Million Total Sales

Devil May Cry V is one of the best games released this year, with a massive amount of popular acclaim from reviewers and gamers. Now, Capcom has confirmed that 2 million units of Devil May Cry V were shipped since the game launched and the series reached 19 million in total sales.

In an official blog post, Capcom stated:

The Devil May Cry series consists of popular, stylish action games known for their unique characters and exhilarating movement. One of Capcom's major brands, the games in this series have cumulatively sold more than 19 million units* since the first title was released in 2001.
