The PlayStation 4 library is teeming with exclusive content. With titles such as Horizon Zero Dawn, Marvel's Spider-Man, and God of War the console has a long history of great exclusives. With rumors of the next-generation of systems coming 2020 Sony shockingly revealed a lot of new information regarding the PS5 to Wired

Sony confirmed that the PS5 will feature backward compatibility with PS4 games. No details of how this will function but our guess are that the PS5 will be built with the PS4 in mind. Updating and upgrading the system for more modern requirements.

A much-requested feature for the PS4 has been backward compatibility but it seems it'll never happen. If you want to play those PlayStation disc games better get an original system or a first generation PS3. That or subscribe to PlayStation Now.
