This is Future Trunks from the Cell Saga. This version of Trunks comes from an alternate future where Goku dies from a heart virus and Android 17 and 18 take over Earth. Killing the Z Fighters. Trunks then travel back in time to help the Z Fighters in changing the future and getting the training needed to save his own time period.
Recently, Bandai Namco revealed a new character Bonyu, a former member of the Ginyu Force, and new footage showing off the Cell Saga. Where Gohan trains with Goku and takes on Cell.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot launches early 2020 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. I had the chance to play the game at E3 2019 and thought it not only recreated the anime faithfully but provided the high-speed combat that fans love from the series at your fingers. Which has been confirmed by series creator Akira Toriyama.
