Clues from Yasuke's Investigation

As Yasuke investigates the temple grounds, he examines various items that supposedly belonged to the monk. You will notice that certain details don't align—subtle inconsistencies hint that something is wrong. These clues serve as your first indication that the monk may not be who he claims to be.

Reading the Conversation

During the conversation among the three suspects, pay attention to the interaction. The man on the left attempts to shift blame toward the woman on the right, subtly urging you to accuse her. This effort to manipulate your decision is suspicious in itself and serves to redirect your attention from the real traitor.

Despite the distractions, the real culprit is Joken Hokkyo, the monk standing in the middle. His contradictions, paired with the misleading behavior of the others, make it clear that he is the infiltrator. Accuse him to proceed correctly in the story.

Accusing Joken Hokkyo is correct based on clues, but choosing another suspect doesn't significantly change the quest's outcome.
