October is looking less demanding for gamers. First Evolved was delayed, then Battlefield Hardline and now Assassin's Creed Unity. Ubisoft confirmed today that the we'll meet Arno Dorian November 11 instead of October.

"As we got close to the finish, we realized we were near the target but still needed a bit more time to hone some of the details to make sure Assassin's Creed Unity is exceptional" says senior producer of Ubisoft, Vincent Pontbriand. "We sincerely appreciate players commitment to the game and their patience. It's just a couple more weeks. And it's going to be worth it."

This means that Assassin's Creed Rogue and Unity will release on the same day, giving Assassin's Creed fans no breathing room. Europe and Australasia fans will get Rogue and Unity on November 13.

Assassin's Creed Unity takes place during the French Revolution and follows a native Frenchman named Arno Dorian as attempts to expose the true powers behind the Revolution. Rogue will take place during the Seven Years War and stars Shay Cormac, a former Assassin now Templar seeking revenge against the Brotherhood of Assassins for betraying him.

Assassin's Creed Rogue will release on the same day as Unity on November 11 in NA and EU territories on November 13. Unity will be available on PC, Xbox One and PS4 and Rogue on Xbox 360 and PS3. Will you be picking up both the same day or wait till you finish one before investing on the other?
