Cuphead Patch Eliminates Notorious Glitch and Nerf's Popular Power

Cuphead patch just made the game harder

Studio MDHR just released a new patch, nerfing the Charge Shot and fixing a popular glitch.

The Charge Shot, which had a damage per second about three times the starting weapon, left a window for players to be able to get through the game with the damage intact, until now.

In addition, the Million Mugman Army glitch has been fixed. The glitch that allowed players to manipulate the co-op drop in drop out mechanic to add Mugman copies to the world map or in fights. Now you cannot do this, but it was an entertaining glitch never the less.

Fixed various freezes caused by controller disconnection/reconnection

Fixed infinite controller rumble bug

Fixed various freezes and soft-locks and crashes

Improvements to saving and loading

No longer possible to create a Mugman army.

Fixed rapid-weapon-swap damage glitch

Slight charge weapon damage reduction

Charge weapon charge is now maintained during parry

It is now possible to unequip secondary weapon, Super, and Charm from equipment menu (Press “Y” to unequip)

Mr. Chimes no longer gets stuck or goes off-screen

King Dice’s Start Over square will now only trigger once per attempt
