Final Fantasy 7 Remake TGS 2019 Trailer Provides Extensive Look at Combat, Summons, and Aerith

Final Fantasy 7 Remake got a new trailer during TGS 2019 and it was amazing. Featuring about 3 minutes of gameplay, story, and iconic moments.

The trailer highlights mostly events from Disc 1. Showing off Cloud joining Avalanche, meeting Aerith, fighting Reno and Rude, summonings such as Shiva, and the infamous Don Corneo mission. Where Cloud is shown doing squats where players who played the original know was the challenge you have to win to get the wig so Cloud can dress up like a woman. We did get to see Aerith in her outfit but not Cloud, which should be interesting to see.

In a surprising change, we also see Tifa in the same gym doing pull-ups which could mean that the scene has been slightly altered.

The combat shows that players can switch between characters and a glimpse at the destruction of Sector 7. 

Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be launching exclusively on PS4 on March 3, 2020. Those who pre-order will get the Chocobo Chick, Cactuar summon materia, steelbook case featuring Sephiroth, artbook, and mini-soundtrack.
