Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII Remastered Editions Getting a Nintendo Switch Physical Release

Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII are getting released on the Nintendo Switch for those who want a physical copy of these acclaimed and legendary titles. However, the collection has only been confirmed for Asia.

No release date has been provided except that both English and Japanese dialogue options will be available, which conveys that a western release is possible. Hopefully, both games will be available on a single cartridge instead of having to download one of the games online. Seems like a trivial manner but this has become a common practice, such as releasing Final Fantasy X and X-2 Remastered on the Nintendo Switch but require to download X-2.
