Google's Stadia console has been one of the most underwhelming releases in gaming. The console that promised seamless 4K streaming has offered little compared to its competition. With large bandwidth requirements, most users experiencing input lag, and selling old gamers at higher prices compared to other options to name a few. Well, Google is holding a new presentation this July 14th to discuss the future of Stadia.

This Stadia Connect has a lot riding on it. Sony blew minds with their PlayStation PS5 live stream. Showing off incredible exclusive releases like Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, Horizon Forbidden Wilds, and Spider-Man Miles Morales.

Microsoft has also been garnering praise mostly for its popular Xbox Game Pass, it's Smart Delivery system that will give universal access to any purchased games, and acclaimed studios now working on new games. Not to mention Nintendo riding high with the recent release Animal Crossing: New Horizons and has a lot of fans excited for Pokemon Snap's return.

So Stadia has a lot of competition and with next-generation systems coming this year Google has to make some heads turn or it could be curtains for Stadia. Let's hope that they're not going to make more announcements about console timed exclusives. because the reception to Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass being a Stadia exclusive wasn't kind.
