Bandai Namco has released a trailer for DLC number 13: the returning favorite hero Hwang. He will be available on December 2. This time, Hwang sports a mysterious dark mask to hide his identity. This is just an aesthetic piece of his costume and after suffering enough damage or guard breaks the mask will fly apart to reveal his face and classic headband. Hwang fights with his old curved blade and falls back on kick attacks, but now also seems to favor more magical elements. Hwang originates from the first Soul Edge game, but never became fully defined character. In his first appearance he mostly served as an adjusted clone to main protagonist Mitsurugi and then to Xianghua in later installments.
