Infinity Nikki Version 1.5 Update Sparks Outrage: Broken Promises and Player Backlash

What started as a joyful journey for Nikki in the Miraland is starting to come to a bitter end. Player irritation results from Infinity Nikki's Version 1.5 upgrade, causing significant problems, including game-breaking bugs, lost money, and narrative changes. InFold's dismissive reaction — short apologies and little compensation like difficult-to-claim diamonds — has been published. 

Misleading pricing and hidden drop rates, among questionable practices, have raised legal questions due to poor communication. Some players feel neglected and are looking into legal action. InFold must be more open and responsible to restore confidence.

Following the failed Infinity Nikki Version 1.5 update, which included game-breaking flaws, absent in-game money, higher pity costs, and what many players view as a major rewrite of the narrative, Infinity Nikki is now embroiled in an even larger mess. InFold has only issued two brief apologies and provided a small amount of compensation, such as distributing gems players must log in every day to gather, essentially making them leap through hoops for what they are owed. 

Though the first apology mostly addressed bug fixes, it didn't really accomplish much since the volume of problems still existed. The second said that the Union storyline isn't gone for good, modified the mirror crown timetable, and noted some exceptions to Version 1.5's events. InFold is requesting players to be patient and understanding, but their poor communication and little effort are making it quite difficult for individuals to give them the benefit of the doubt, particularly from a company that claims to cherish player comments. 

Matters have worsened to such an extent that some players are considering legal action. On the unofficial subreddit, Silus, a user, has compiled a list of what they believe are illegal business practices worth reporting. How the daily gem compensation operates is a major concern—if you can't log in due to problems and miss claiming your gems, InFold support may not be of much assistance. 

Some players received word that they would not be paid, and then another message stating that it was a mistake, only for their support ticket to be closed because they had taken too long to respond. They have to start anew, and there are no guarantees that things will improve. 

InFold's conduct might genuinely violate consumer laws in multiple nations. Players waiting for refunds or repairs often find themselves waiting long; InFold blames them for not responding quickly enough, despite the fact that all contact is via email, where delays are commonplace. Not disclosing these time limits seems dubious and unjust, which raises concerns about consumer protection legislation.

Moreover, declining refunds or extensions contradict rights in the US and EU, where paid digital content ought to function normally for the period you purchased it. Another dubious move is fake discount pricing—selling a $50 item for $9.99 when it never genuinely cost $50, which qualifies under EU legislation as misleading. Then there are the concealed drop rates—never clearly communicated to players, especially between accessories and whole outfits. 

That violates both App Store regulations and perhaps consumer legislation as well. All in all, the Infinity Nikki Version 1.5 upgrade seriously damaged player trust and ruined the game. It's about players feeling overlooked and offended now, not only about flaws or inadequate patches. InFold has to move quickly—before things start to fall apart—to regain supporters with real openness, sincere communication, and genuine accountability.
