Influent can't stop, won't stop adding languages for you to learn.

Edutainment title Influent has released yet another piece of downloadable content (DLC) with the Italian Language Pack. This makes for an even dozen languages that can be learned with the game.
As with every other of its releases, the new content will focus primarily on vocabulary and pronunciation of common words. It doesn’t really go into grammar, so it’s more of a preparation to get to know a certain skill. It manages to stick in around 500 words that can be learned.
Influent takes place in a 3D environment. Players are free to look around them and interact with objects at will, letting them choose what words they’d want to learn first. Along with the Italian Language Pack, the game also received an update that fixes sava data corruoption and text bleed issues.
Originally, the game was known as SanjigenJiten, modeled after the titular plot device that translates words in-game. We would’ve opted with another title as well. It served to teach people Japanese, given the developer was currently studying there and learning the language in the process. In 2012, the project was put on Kickstarter, where it managed to draw in over 1200 backers. From a humble goal of $12,000, developer Rob Howland managed to draw in $28,000.
Influent is currently available through popular digital distribution platforms for $9.99 or an unequal €9.99. Additional languages can be bought for $4.99 or €4.99.
