Miiverse and StreetPass Not Coming to Nintendo Switch

The social aspects of Nintendo's Wii U and 3DS systems, Miiverse and Streetpass, won't be coming to the Nintendo Switch but instead will rely on social media.

‘“I can answer that we’re not going to be using Miiverse for Nintendo Switch,” Nintendo of America's assistant manager of public relations David Young stated.

Young elaborated that the console's social features will rely on non-Nintendo options to share images and later on video.

The reason behind this absent to showcase the system as a home console and not a portable system.
