Minecraft Dungeons Opening Cinematic is Dark and Charming

Minecraft: Dungeons has a new trailer, showing off the opening cinematic. Explaining the antagonist and immensely powerful object to complement the new direction this adventure will take.

The cinematic shows the antagonist called the Illager, a shorter big-headed version of traditional Villagers, taking hold of a powerful object. Using its power the Illager enforces its rule.

Unlike traditional Minecraft, this title will play like a dungeon crawler with up to 4 players.

Minecraft: Dungeons doesn't have an exact release date but will launch for PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. It'll come to Xbox Game Pass on day-1.
