New Sonic Racing Game Confirmed

Sonic R was one of the most infamous titles within the Sonic the Hedgehog library of games. However, this didn't stop SEGA from experimenting with the genre leading up to some great racing games such as Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed which received generally positive reviews. SEGA is looking to add another new installment but is unwilling to share details now. 

Details on this new racing game are limited but the logo follows the same art style of past Sonic titles and many speculate the game will be called Sonic Racing giving the final word resembles racing and the top is completely blacked out. The trailer also shows a car which means this will most likely follow the car racing formula instead of the on-foot action of Sonic R.

This wasn't the only game SEGA revealed, announcing a new version of Sonic Mania.
