The rumors of Okami getting the HD treatment has finally been resolved. Capcom confirmed that the rumors were true and officially announced Okami HD for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on December 12th. The enhanced port of the game includes 4K support.
Players who own a PlayStation 4 Pro, Xbox One X, or the proper PC setup can enjoy the game's enhanced visuals in 4K. The game can also be displayed in widescreen or the original 4:3 ratio from the PlayStation 2 release.

Okami originally released in 2006 for the PS2, it was later brought to the PS3 and Wii. The game's only sequel, Oakmiden, released on the DS in 2011.
