Sony Copyright Claims its Own The Last of Us Part II Video in Recent Tweet

Since the massive leaks regarding The Last of Us Part II Sony and Naughty Dog have taken extremely aggressive actions against anything relating to the game. Taking down videos talking or showing anything relating to the leaked information. Even memes about the game have been subject to a copyright claim. Recently, Sony posted a new tweet highlighting the new Story Trailer and it was taken down by Sony.

The irony of the situation is just marvelous and a great example of karma in action. Granted, there are users who have been going out of their way to spoil the game but in this instant Sony's aggressive tactics have been more negative than beneficial in trying to suppress any sensitive information. Generating more negative reception than positive.

Currently, review copies are out and reviews are set to go live on June 12th at 12:01 AM PT. Which is about 1 week before the game goes public.

The Last of Us: Part II launches this June 19th for PS4.
