To reach 100% for your DMW Limit Breaks, you must see every memory for the main characters. You meet these people, like Sephiroth, Angeal, and Tseng, as you play.
Most will be on your list by the time you reach Chapter 6. Each character has six different memories you need to find to fill their bar in Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion.

Finding Missing Memories
Many memories will not appear until you reach the right part of the story. It is best to wait until Chapter 10 to try to finish everything. By then, every memory in the game can be triggered. If you are missing a scene, it is likely because you have not reached that part of the game yet.
Using Materia to Help
You can make certain people show up more often on the wheel. You do this by buying special items from the Research Dept. QMC+ shop. You find this shop in a chest in Gongaga after you meet Cissnei.

It is very easy to miss, so look for the chest in the corner before you leave. Each item costs 10,000 gil. Using more than one for the same person makes them appear even more in Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion.
Training Your Materia
If you want your items to be even stronger, visit the Junon Souvenirs shop. You can unlock it by finishing mission M2-4-1. Buy the Moogle Power item there.
This helps your other items reach five stars much faster. High-level items are much better at making your favorite characters show up in battle.

Staying Alive While You Wait
A good way to see scenes is to go into mission M1-1-1. Leave one weak soldier alive and just wait. To stay safe, wear a Faerie Ring in Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion.
This item gives you Auto-Regen, so the soldier can never kill you. The wheel will spin and show you memories while you are not even playing. Just remember to finish the mission when you are done to save your progress.
