One of the most powerful bleed weapons in Elden Ring is the Bloodfiend's Blood Arm. This Colossal weapon has a much higher chance of causing blood loss than most other weapons in the Colossal category in Elden Ring.

Weapon Overview

When you apply Blood Infusion to the Blood Fiend's Right Arm, its blood loss buildup reaches 219 points.

Other Colossal weapons like the Golem's Halberd typically achieve around 167 blood loss buildup with similar stat distributions.

This difference allows you to trigger hemorrhage effects much more reliably against your opponents in Elden Ring.

Combat Strategy

Your primary approach should center around the weapon's heavy attack. This charged strike can inflict blood loss on most enemies in a single hit due to the weapon's high buildup rating.

The heavy attack also gives you Hyper Armor, so you may trade hits with enemies without being interrupted.

To get the most out of this weapon, you should always use both hands.

The two-handed grip not only lets you do more damage, but it also makes the weapon's moveset better and makes it more stable throughout fights.

Recommended Talisman

The Two-Handed Sword Talisman is your main piece of gear.

This Talisman enhances your damage output whenever you wield any sword-type weapon with both hands in Elden Ring.

Lord of Blood's Exultation provides consistent damage bonuses throughout combat.

Whenever blood loss occurs in your vicinity, whether from your attacks or other sources, this Talisman activates and increases your attack power for a duration.

If you want to do the most damage, think about switching to the Axe Talisman. This method works best when you can hit a fully charged heavy attack.

You can start the fight with lighter blows to make openings, and then use the charged heavy strike to make blood loss happen while doing a lot of damage.

Damage Enhancement

Blood infusion turns all damage into physical damage, so you can make your damage even powerful with Consumable enhancements. Exalted Flesh immediately boosts your physical damage, while Uplifting Aromatic gives you extra attack power in Elden Ring.

These consumables work well together, giving you the chance to kill regular foes and some bosses in one hit.

The charged heavy attack approach works best with this combo since it lets you do the most damage right away and have the blood loss effect last longer at the same time in Elden Ring.
