The Smithscript Greathammer is a throwable weapon that transforms traditional great hammer combat by allowing you to hurl it at enemies without consuming any FP.

While the throwing mechanic operates at a slower pace than enemies can potentially react to, proper timing and mix-ups will keep your opponents guessing in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.

Weapon Mechanics

You'll find the running heavy attack particularly effective as it mirrors the throwing animation, creating deceptive range that catches enemies off-guard.

The weapon offers a fully chargeable throw that disrupts the opponent's timing through its altered animation sequence.

During your spinning wind-up, the hammer's hitbox remains active, stunning any nearby enemies who venture too close in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.

The throwing attacks apply status effects when you infuse the weapon appropriately. Blood infusion or Cold infusion will trigger Frostbite buildup on successful throws.
