Little Nightmares III Guide | How to Counter The Puppets (Chapter 3)

Here's a guide on how to counter the Puppets in chapter 3 of Little Nightmares III.

In this part, you will move through an area heavily guarded by Puppets while completing key objectives that involve breaking Geisha Statues and creating new paths. Stealth is essential here, as making noise or engaging directly will attract large groups of enemies that cannot be defeated through combat. Careful movement and timing will allow you to pass safely through each area.

Entering The Puppet Area

After crawling beneath the floor, you will emerge near a group of Puppets striking a body while laughing. As you get closer, they will become aware of your presence and rush toward you in Little Nightmares III.

Eliminate these Puppets using the same approach as before, then destroy the Geisha Statue located at the back of the area. Once cleared, continue moving forward until you reach a room containing a man who has been cut in half.

Destroying The Second Geisha Statue

Inside the room with the man cut in half, head left through the tent flap to find another Geisha Statue. Break this statue to progress further. From here, continue moving ahead until you come across the man positioned in the Dunk Tank in Little Nightmares III.

Creating A Path Forward

At the Dunk Tank, Low needs to shoot an arrow at the target to form a platform you can stand on. After the platform appears, move forward until you encounter a Dumpster. Push the Dumpster aside to uncover a hole in the fence that opens a new route.

Sneaking Past The Sleeping Puppets

Beyond the fence, you will find a path filled with sleeping Puppets. It is essential to stay crouched and avoid making noise. Running or making sudden movements will wake them, causing them to attack in overwhelming numbers.

Fighting is not possible here, as the Puppets will quickly overpower you. Remain low and move carefully until you reach the end of the path safely in Little Nightmares III.
