In this guide, you will find a detailed location to collect every Doll in Chapter 4. Follow the directions carefully to ensure you gather each one in the correct order. Every Doll is tied to specific actions or rooms, and collecting all of them will help you unlock achievements at the end of the game.

Doll #1

After entering the building, move through the entryway and pass the room with the Party Hats. Continue walking down the long hallway until you reach the end closest to the camera.

On your right, there will be a door covered with planks, and on your left, a set of double doors that can be pushed open in Little Nightmares III.

Go through the doors on the left to find a small office. Inside, there will be a Doll placed on the floor in the center of the room. After picking it up, return to the hallway and remove the plank from the other door on the right to continue forward.

Doll #2

Before exploring further, carry the Doll you just picked up to the end of the hallway closest to you. On the right, you’ll find an open doorway leading to another room. Enter the room to find a TV and several toys scattered around in Little Nightmares III.

While holding the Doll, a Collectible Doll will become visible on the floor. Place the one you’re carrying down, and then pick up the Collectible Doll to add it to your collection.

Doll #3

When you enter the next room, you’ll notice a Vending Machine and several cabinets lined up along the back wall. Look carefully above the Vending Machine—a Doll is resting on top of it.

To reach it, return to the hallway and grab the nearby cart. Push the cart against the cabinets to create a way to climb up and collect the Doll from the top of the Vending Machine in Little Nightmares III.

Doll #4

After an encounter with the monster, continue along the main path until you reach another hallway with a lever positioned along the wall. At the far end of this hallway, you’ll see another Doll sitting on the floor. Move forward and collect it before proceeding.

Doll #5

Once you collect the Ghost, head into the elevator located in the next room and ride it down. When you reach the lower level, go to the right side and move through a small hole in the wall. Inside this new area, you will find a Small Key and, deeper within, another Doll sitting nearby.

This Doll marks the final Collectible of both the chapter and the game. If you’ve gathered every Doll up to this point, you will unlock two achievements upon picking up this last one in Little Nightmares III.
